I build operational systems for NGOs and mission-driven organizations.

I work directly with NGOs, non-profits, and the organizations behind them. No middlemen, no templates, no bloat. Just software that fits how your organization works.

Abdelfatah Ahmed

About

I build operational software for NGOs: internal tools, pipelines, and sites that keep programs running.

I've spent the last decade building software with organizations that don't have time for vanity projects, including Saint Andrew's Refugee Services (StARS), where I saw firsthand how much an NGO's work hinges on the systems behind it.

Client Feedback

What Clients Say

Before the system was built, our intake process took 45 minutes per case. It now takes 12. That time goes back to the people we serve. Abdelfatah understood what we needed operationally, and delivered it without disruption to our team.

Coordinator, StARS Refugee NGO Cairo, Egypt

The screening platform Abdelfatah built handles patient records across multiple countries. It's reliable, our field staff can use it without training overhead, and when something needs to change, he responds quickly. That matters when you're working across time zones.

Before you reach out

Questions worth asking

You do, fully. On handoff you receive the complete source code with no licensing fees, vendor lock-in, or ongoing dependency on me to keep things running. The codebase is yours to extend, hand to another developer, or self-host however you like.

Typically 40% upfront to begin, 40% at the midpoint milestone, and 20% on final delivery. For larger engagements we can split into more phases aligned with your grant disbursement cycle. Just let me know early and we'll structure it accordingly.

Yes. I issue formal invoices with itemised line items, project descriptions, and the detail level most grant auditors require. I'm also happy to align invoice dates with your reporting periods or provide supporting documentation if your funder needs it.

A professional website or landing page usually takes 2–3 weeks. A custom dashboard or automation system runs 4–8 weeks depending on scope. I'll give you a clear timeline before we start, and I stick to it.

Yes. Every project includes a 30-day post-launch support window for bug fixes and minor adjustments at no extra cost. For ongoing maintenance, content updates, or feature additions, we can agree a simple monthly retainer.

Possibly. I work with a handful of mission-driven organisations on flexible terms each year. If your work aligns and your timeline isn't rushed, reach out and we'll find a structure that makes sense.
